Narrative
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Goal of Program
All our services are designed and supervised by Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst BCBAs who insures an assessment is conducting based on the principles of ABA. These assessments provide the basis to which services are recommended to adults, parents and patients. BCBAs are present to evaluate and monitor progress using observable and measurable tools in order to provide results to recommend the next steps for each adults, parents and patients. Treatment is conducted in the community and home setting usually, but based on patient’s needs group sessions or other services maybe provided elsewhere
One to One sessions
Behavior Technician/Paraprofessional monitors the patient’s progress on implementation of the goals of the treatment plan developed by the Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst. Building patient's and family mastery of fundamental skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction via provides coaching, support, and guidance to the parent/guardian/caregiver in implementing the treatment plan and progress toward behavioral objectives or performance goals.
Parent Training
This provides parents with information regarding incidental teaching and finding the right “teaching opportunities” using everyday activities and routines such as dressing, brushing teeth, and eating to promote skill development. A Parent training interventions is specifically designed to teach the accurate approach for managing and eliminating problem behaviors.
An example of Parent Training would be:
- Set up home environment and structure your time to ensure behavior improves
- Establish rules and prevent problems
- Optimize your child’s success with family and the community through positive interventions
Social & Skills Groups Sessions
Assessments determine which approach is suited for your child
We offer three types of social skills programs
- Parent/caregiver present
- One to one session
- Peer Groups sessions
Home-and-community-based services (HCBS)
Goal of Program
Our Home-and-community-based services waivers for persons with acquired brain injury seek to serve patients in need of behavioral health services. We reduce and eliminate the barriers for patients in accessing quality mental health care. Through our Diversionary and Outpatient Program services, we work collaboratively with Home-and-community-based program services to provide linkage to community resources based on needs for a continuum level of care. We provide the following services below.
Adult companion, Chore services, Individual support/community habilitation
In-Home Therapy Program (IHT)
Goal of Program
Intensive Holistic- wrap around therapy in the community with structured strength –based therapeutic relationship between a clinician, if needed a added therapeutic support staff, the child/ youth’s and family. In order to address and treat the child/youth’s needs and improve the family’s relationship and enhance problems-solving, limit setting, communication, identify and utilize community resources and develop and maintain natural support.
Therapeutic Mentoring Program (TM)
Goal of Program
Building one to one relationship in community setting focusing on strength-based support services that coaching, and training child/ youth to on what is necessary to achieve their goal. The mentors main goal is to help build, maintain and make health choices within the community and building community access.
Community Support Program (CSP)
Goal of Program
Short-term services for adults and children within the community setting includes navigating systems related to follow-up regular health maintenance, general assistance with day-to-day activities or helping to reduce problems ( medical and behavioral ) that may related to health concerns, helping with transportation to these appointments. Establish and maintain linkages necessary for support ability to live successfully in the communities, jobs, education or other resources.
Traditional Outpatient Program (OP)
Goal of Program
Community based services for adults and children focus on the restoration, enhancement, maintenance of health and wellness and alleviation of symptoms that significantly interfere with familial, social, occupational, educational or any other area of daily life.
Out of School Therapeutic Enrichment Support & Recreation Programs Youth Development Learning Center (Youth DELC)

Goal of Program
Our goals is to provide a comprehensive array of therapeutic enrichment support & recreation programs as youth development services. Our out of school programming by providing youth activities that lower risk factors within the community, engage and support family. We specialize in working with children and youth with Individual Education Plans ( IEPs) and integrate interventions utilize a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy’s (DBT).
