Narrative

The range, scope and flexibility of TILL's support services are extensive and always growing and evolving. The first step is a thorough needs assessment with one of TILL's support managers which will indicate the level of support needed and the services for which one is eligible. Together, we develop a support plan and determine the most appropriate services, extent and location for the services, and the best match of specialists.

Autism Support:

TILL's Autism Support Center offers programs and events to meet needs of children with autism and their families in the Metro Boston area. We provide Neighborhood Support Groups, training, resources, community outings, networking opportunities, social skill building activities, etc, in convenient locations all across the Greater Boston area for individuals with ASD and their families. We serve children aged birth to 22 with a diagnosis on the autism spectrum. Our services are free and funded by the Department of Developmental Services. Joining TILL's Autism Support Center simply requires filling out our intake form, which can be found online or by contacting us at (781) 302-4835 or autism.services@tillinc.org. More information may be found on our website: www.tillinc.org under the Autism Services tab.

PCA:

TILL's Personal Care Management (PCM) Service provides assistance to individuals and their families in accessing essential supports under the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Program. Services include clinical evaluation of the need for PCA services and TILL's case managers provide training to the consumer on how to hire, train and supervise PCAs that they employ. PCA services are paid for by MassHealth so with approval, there is no out of pocket cost to the consumer. TILL’s PCM Services cover all age groups and are available for individuals living throughout Eastern MA, including the Greater Boston Area. To make a referral or to obtain more information, please contact Jaime Zambrana, Support Services Manager at 781-302-4780 or pca@tillinc.org. Additional information can be found on our website: www.tillinc.org under the Support Services tab.

TILL's Clinical Competency and Guardianship Evaluation Team:

TILL's Clinical Competency and Guardianship Evaluation Team is composed of senior level Strattus clinicians with expertise in the field of developmental disabilities.
