Narrative

Chris is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with nearly fifteen years of experience providing behavioral assessment and home/school based consultation services in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). His experience includes working with families, schools, and state agencies to target verbal behavior, tantrum and non-compliant behaviors, social skills, academic behaviors, and daily living skills including potty training and feeding. He works with young individuals, ages 12 months to 22 years, diagnosed with Autism and other Neuro-Developmental disabilities.

In addition, Chris teaches the basic concepts and principles in ABA as well as strategies for behavior change to undergraduate students who wish to gain a BCaBA certification. He mentors graduate level students who wish to earn their BCBA. Lastly, Chris conducts parent workshops and invited lectures to help parents and professionals gain a better understanding of the field of ABA.

Currently, Chris works as a consulting BCBA and the executive director at Benchmark Behavioral Solutions LLC based out of Williamstown, MA and serving Western Massachusetts, Southern Vermont, and Eastern New York.
